Disk Skimmer
Disk Oil Skimmer is an oil separation device designed to remove oil from the surface of water using the oleophilic adhesion principle on a rotating disk. Oil adhering to the disk surface is scraped off by a scraper and directed to a collection system.
How It Works
The system uses a rotating oleophilic disk to attract oil from the liquid surface. It is equipped with a drive motor and scraper to remove the oil from the disk. The oil recovery rate depends on the oil’s adhesion properties, motor rotation speed, and the type of oil being processed.
